Natick Federal Savings Bank Chooses Specialized Data Systems
for Hosted Loan Origination and Processing Solution
BRANFORD, CT, May 18, 2009 - Specialized Data Systems (SDS), a leading lending technology integrator, today announced that its RemoteLender™ ON-DEMAND Loan Origination System has been selected by Natick Federal Savings Bank (Natick) in Natick, Massachusetts. RemoteLender will provide the bank with the full flexibility and power of a client/server-based LOS through a secure Internet portal.
Earlier this year, Natick was faced with having to upgrade its current information technology (IT) environment to accommodate the new direction of its existing legacy LOS. Upon further review of its options, the bank discovered that RemoteLender offered a more robust origination solution tailored specifically to Northeast lender needs and it would not require an upgrade of its current IT environment. Further, Natick realized that RemoteLender will enable it to automate many of the processes that had to be performed manually up to this point.
“We are tremendously excited to be working with SDS to implement RemoteLender,” said Helen DeCosta, SVP of Operations at Natick Federal Savings Bank. “We are confident that the solution will provide us with all the functionality of a desktop-based origination system, but with the convenience and affordability of a Web-based solution. It really will be the best of both worlds.”
